Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Version française (the French version prevails)
1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Seeny, an online service operated by AZURAVA, a French SAS, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, RCS Paris 937 750 974, VAT FR55 937 750 974 (“Seeny”, “we”). Seeny is reserved for professionals (businesses, freelancers, non-profits) acting for their business. By creating an account, the customer confirms it acts for professional purposes.
2. The service
Seeny analyses the customer’s website to build a brand profile, suggests social media posts (carousels, short videos, texts) created with the help of artificial intelligence from trends observed on social media, lets the customer edit, approve or reject each post, and automatically publishes the approved posts to the customer’s connected TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts at the chosen times. Nothing is published without the customer’s approval.
3. Account
The customer provides accurate information, keeps its credentials confidential and is responsible for the use of its account.
4. Trial, prices and payment
A free trial of 7 days may be offered; the first charge date and amount are shown before subscribing and the customer can cancel before the trial ends. Prices are those shown at subscription, excluding VAT, payable in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. Late payments bear the penalties provided by French law (ECB rate plus 10 points, and a fixed €40 recovery fee). No withdrawal right applies to professional subscriptions.
5. Term and termination
Subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled. The customer can cancel at any time from its account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. After termination, content can be retrieved for 30 days and is then deleted.
6. Content and AI-generated content
The customer keeps ownership of what it provides and guarantees it holds all necessary rights (copyright, image rights, trademarks, music). We assign to the customer whatever rights we hold in the content generated for it. Generated content may be inaccurate or resemble existing content and may not be protected by copyright. The customer reviews every post before approving it and, by approving it, becomes its publisher and is solely responsible for it. The customer decides how its posts are labelled and uses the AI-labelling options Seeny offers (AI-generated label on TikTok, altered or synthetic content on YouTube) for any realistic content showing people, places or events that could appear authentic.
7. Social media platforms
The customer connects its accounts through each platform’s official consent screen and can revoke access at any time. The customer complies with the terms of each platform it uses. In particular, by using Seeny’s YouTube features, the customer agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Seeny uses YouTube API Services. The customer also complies with TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn terms. Platforms are third-party services; we are not responsible for their outages, API changes, rejected posts or actions they take on the customer’s accounts.
8. Acceptable use and reporting
Seeny may not be used for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights, to circumvent platform limits, or to manage accounts the customer does not own or administer. Illegal content can be reported to contact@seeny.io. We may suspend an account proportionately, with reasons, in case of breach, manifestly illegal content, platform or authority request, or security risk.
9. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable efforts. Our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amounts paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event, except for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or bodily injury. Indirect losses (revenue, followers, reach, reputation) and consequences of content approved by the customer are excluded.
10. Personal data
See our Privacy Policy. For personal data contained in the customer’s content, we act as a processor under the data processing agreement (GDPR article 28) attached to the French Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes between merchants are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris commercial court (tribunal des activités économiques de Paris), subject to mandatory rules.
